Frontier Completes Renovations at Historic Morton Grove Public Library

30,500 sq ft., two-phase renovation, headed by Project Manager, Marc Smith and Superintendent, Rich Stanevicius. Phase I included full roof replacement and structural reinforcing, new dormer at 2nd floor mezzanine to allow for new ADA ramp and HVAC upgrades serving remodeled areas at first and second floors. Phase II included interior renovations of Great Hall area and second floor mezzanine and offices, lighting upgrades, fire alarm/fire protection upgrades, full height glazing at second floor mezzanine, new casework and furniture,  wood doors, frames & hardware, interior signage, stairs, floor coverings and new ADA bathrooms.
