Frontier Celebrates "Core Values in Action" with Cornerstone Award

Congratulations to Frontier Construction Superintendent/Project Manager, Thomas Granko, for putting Frontier’s core values into action on the recently completed Palos Community Hospital Radiology Room Renovation project.
“I continuously examine myself and my environment to ensure that my efforts are meaningful to the the client, my organization and its mission,” said Thomas. “I am appreciative of a company that recognizes personal and team successes.”
The Cornerstone Award is presented quarterly to an outstanding Frontier employee “for exceptional demonstration of their commitment to Frontier Construction’s Core Values, Core Focus and achievement of its strategic goals.” The Award recipient is selected through a company-wide vote.
“Tom and his team did a great job of building a stronger relationship with the client,” said President, Greg Parr. “He stepped up and made our good relationship even better!”
Thomas joined the Frontier team in January, 2014 and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and fixing cars.
