Cornerstone Award Winner, Rich Stanevicius
Congratulations to Frontier Construction journeyman carpenter, Rich Stanevicius on receiving Frontier’s “Cornerstone Award”, for 1st Quarter, 2013 because of his exceptional demonstration of Core Value #1 & #2 on the Lemont Village Hall renovation project.
“I wasn’t going into the project looking to win an award; I was just working exactly how I always operate on all projects,” said Rich. “Everyone on the project worked well together and built trust with the rest of the project team by communicating openly and ‘telling it like it is’. Everyone had the same goal – exceed the client’s expectations.”
The Cornerstone Award is given by the Frontier leadership team to an outstanding Frontier employee “for exceptional demonstration of their commitment to Frontier Construction’s Core Values, Core Focus and achievement of its strategic goals.”
“Rich exemplified Frontier’s core focus of understanding the client’s vision and applied his construction expertise to exceed their expectations,” said Project Manager, Chris Baran. “Rich did a great job taking it upon himself to come up with creative solutions to eliminate problems and resolve any issues that popped up on the project.”
The Cornerstone Award is presented quarterly, along with a Visa Gift Card as a small token of appreciation.
Rich lives in Frankfort, IL with his wife and three children.
