Frontier Celebrates ‘Cornerstone Award’ Recipient, Zero Injuries
Congratulations to Frontier Construction superintendent, David Tkach on receiving Frontier’s “Cornerstone Award” for exceptional demonstration of Core Value 1 & 3! The award, given at the company-wide “Summer Work-Season Wrap-Up” on October 26, 2012 at the Willowbrook, IL headquarters, was announced in conjunction with acknowledgments of other individuals and teams that made the 14-week summer work period a true success. Additionally, Frontier also celebrated accruing zero injuries on all projects sites during this work period.
“I’m honored that my contribution to the success of our project was recognized. Working with my team of construction professionals on this project was the true success story. The team made it happen and we couldn’t be happier with the result”, said Dave Tkach.
The Cornerstone Award is given by the Frontier leadership team to an outstanding Frontier employee “for exceptional demonstration of their commitment to Frontier Construction’s Core Values, Core Focus and achievement of its strategic goals.”
“Dave handled a challenging project with a condensed schedule, multiple subcontractors and substantial self-performing work at two schools simultaneously, said Chuck Wilkins, Project Manager. His ability to plan and execute made him a deserving recipient of this quarter’s Cornerstone Award.”
The Cornerstone Award is presented quarterly at a company-wide event, along with a Visa gift card as a small token of appreciation.
